Each of the Concept Creations restaurants will be offering their traditional ala carte menus, followed by a delicious fruit dessert to end the meal, for both lunch and dinner on Mother’s Day.
In addition to a delicious dessert offering, visiting Moms will also receive a complimentary decorative handbag holder.
Frites has taken the approaching summer months into account and will be churning out a homemade Summer Berry Sorbet.
Tapeo has created a “Filo Cigar” – a just-baked crispy pastry tube filled with fruits with a saffron-rich cream to make it the perfect end to a tapas meal.
Chicha will be serving a “Custard Basket” filled with lucuma mousse and mix of berries in a Chicha Morada reduction, served with golden choux pastry buns, bursting at the seams with manjar blanco flavoured cream cheese.
The group’s Executive chef Michael van Warmelo has brought a classic dessert to Souvla – Fresh Figs and Apricots, which have been lightly poached in rose syrup, and then stuffed with cream cheese and Greek honey. For texture, these are served with sesame coated lace crisps.
